Kaplan & McGlothlin recognizes and respects the value of our patients' time and money.
We work hard to keep all appointments on time, and we offer convenient hours, which include evenings and Saturdays.
Kaplan & McGlothlin offers fair, competitive prices. We accept most major credit cards and offer outside interest-free financing for qualified customers.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Insurance
In the interest of controlling our patient load so that we can provide high quality service, Kaplan & McGlothlin does not accept HMO dental insurance. This allows us to see patients sooner and keep appointments on time. If you are a patient with HMO coverage, you may choose to receive out-of-network dental care at Kaplan & McGlothlin and pay a higher portion of the cost yourself. If you do not have insurance coverage, you will be responsible for all costs.
